ICI Medical: Where We’ve Come From

For 10 years, ICI Medical has helped organizations produce and disseminate continuing medical education.

During this time, we have had a first-hand perspective on the gaps and limitations that keep content from reaching the desired audience: 

  • Over reliance on traditional channels of program promotion 

  • Stale “on-demand” programs (eLearning is just one of many options) 

  • One and done syndrome: your content can be evergreen, and continue to deliver results long after its initial launch

Gaps We Discovered in the Industry

  • Few options for content hosting or siloed hosting on internal sites 

  • Fear of using the word “marketing” for medical education  

  • Too few channels are being used to reach audiences 

  • Lack of understanding and investment in creating awareness 

Our Response to These Gaps

The full funnel approach ICI Medical transitioned to, and the creation of ENGAGE were responses to these gaps. By offering non-traditional methods of hosting and promoting medical education content, we are inspiring audiences to take a fresh interest in medical education content.
